Details
The “Lac sartigan” is a quiet place where life is good. Each of our sites is unique and could please anyone with any specific preferences. For example, if you are looking for a hilly piece of land or if you are more attracted to a flat ground, be assured that we have exactly what you need. Also, all our sites are surrounded by hard wood and the soil around the lake is solid. All the pieces of land we have to offer are extremely vast, ranging from 32 293 to 71,000 square feet. And in order to follow the governmental standards, each site will have to have a artesian well, a septic tank and a field of purgation.
Fishing
Years ago, the main purpose of the lake was for people to come and fish. Still today, the lake is filed with a amazing number of trout and, since every year we sow the lake, that number keeps on increasing. Besides, the privacy of the lake assure you that any fisherman you will meet is already a member of a fishing club.
Tranquillity
This beautiful lake that looks like some lakes you would find way up north of the province of Quebec will amaze you with his beauty and his legendary peacefulness. Moreover, if you ever built a home or a cottage on one of your site, you will find the peace and the tranquillity that anybody living near the water is entitled to find. Also, because of the laws already existing, and because each site is sold with a contract in witch some very importing rules and demand have to be followed by each owner, everyone live by the same rules and the tranquillity is increased. How to get there
The diameter of the “Lac Rond” is half a mile. It is situated deep in the forest, away from any farm or factory, but still pretty close to St-Georges or Beauceville. The main town around are only one hour away from Quebec City. In order to get to the lake, simply take the highway 73 all the way to Beauceville. Once in Beauceville, take the bridge direction west. Once you have crossed the bridge, turn left in order to get to road 108. Then, turn left again and you will find yourself on the St-Lambert Avenue that borders the river. When you get to the “Y”, simply turn right, then turn left to get to the St-Alexandre road, and right again in order to get to the St-Guillaume road. One mile on that road and you will get to the lake.

Quality of the water
The water on the lake is clear and beautiful. As mentioned before, no motor boats are allowed, and since there is no factory around, no brook that would have been polluted will ruin the purity of the water. In truth only underground water goes to the lake. And there is no problem of blue seaweed or any pollution caused by water streaming.

The prices of the sites on the second row (on the other side of the road) range from $20,000 to $40,000 depending on where they are and how accurately you can see the lake. But, we want to let you know that our prices are lower than the market, and once again you have to hurry cause the more you wait the less pieces of land will be available to choose from.
